Specialty Food Association’s 2014 sofi™ Award competition. Earth and Vine premiered their product line this morning when The 60th Annual Summer Fancy Food Show opened in New York City’s Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. A sofi™ is the top honor in the $88 billion specialty food industry. The “sofi” represents the highest level of quality in the Specialty food sector. Capturing the sofi – the Specialty Outstanding Food Innovation award represents the best of the best from members of the Specialty Food Association.

 Earth & Vine Provisions, one of 109 finalists selected by a national panel of specialty food professionals from 2,025 entries across 30 Awards categories from Outstanding Appetizer to Outstanding Vinegar has diligently worked on perfecting product and flavors. Winners will be announced by noted chef Dominique Ansel at a red-carpet ceremony June 30, 2014, at the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City.
